PRODUCT VERSION Source (the "Software") is owned by Helmut Hissen and Zeebar Technology Services, Inc., and is protected by national copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The Software includes the C source file(s) FILES and associated documentation. After reading this agreement carefully, if you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, you may not use the Software.

GRANT OF LICENSE. The Software is licensed to you. You are not obtaining title to the Software or any copyrights. You may modify and incorporate all or parts of the Software into one or more application programs (the "Applications") and license the Applications to other parties provided that: (a) the Applications do no expose any part of the source code through any means either directly or indirectly; (b) the license of the Application prohibits the use of the Application for software development.

PROHIBITIONS. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or convey, the Software for any purpose other than in the way described in "GRANT OF LICENSE".

NO WARRANTY AND NO LIABILITY. The owners of the Software (Helmut Hissen and Zeebar Technology Services, Inc.) disclaim all warranties with regard to the Software, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall the owners of the Software be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other torts, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Software.

TERMINATION. This agreement terminates, you lose all rights licensed to you, and you must stop using the Software, if you violate the terms of this agreement.
