What is DTGen

DTGen is a stand-alone C program which generates DTMF signals for a given phone number. Command line options are provided to control attack, decay, volume, length, and spacing of the tones. For most applications, you would run the output through some audio utility like sox to translate the signal into the desired audio file format.
